All sales are final unless you receive an incorrect or defective item. In that case, you must contact us within 24 hours via email.
All items are inspected prior to shipping and are hand packaged very carefully.
In case of a return, at our discretion, we will exchange the incorrect or defective item or issue a refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

We ship via FedEx or United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Due to the high demand on EveryPipe, some items may not be available for immediate shipping. If your product is not available, it will be shipped within 7-14 business days. Most orders ship the business day after your order is processed or same day. If your item is unavailable, we will contact you with other options.

Most items will require signature at delivery. FedEx Home Delivery offers several options to accommodate each customer. In addition to delivery days of Tuesday-Saturday, FedEx Home Delivery offers the following options for a minimal cost:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
